Flood follows
According to Roanoke Fire-EMS Battalion Chief Melvin Sanders, there were 13 people inside the Roanoke City Mills building when a rescue was performed Tuesday by the city's swift-water rescue team. The number was incorrect in a story Wednesday about the rescue.
Crystal Dull’s name was misspelled Wednesday in a caption with a photograph of a rescue.
